Definitions and contact details
In these terms, �we�, �us� and �our� mean Cartridge Care Rossendale, 3 Beaumont Close, Bacup OL13 9TJ. �You� means the customer placing an order or using our services.
Products and compatibility information
Product descriptions, printer compatibility information and cartridge suggestions are provided to help you choose. Please check the full printer model and cartridge code before ordering. Where you ask us to help identify an item, you remain responsible for confirming that the information supplied is accurate.
Pricing and availability
Prices, stock and availability are subject to confirmation for the individual order. We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Payment arrangements, order details and any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed with you before dispatch or collection where relevant.
Delivery
Delivery timing is confirmed for the individual order. Free next-day delivery is available only on qualifying orders. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and must be confirmed before it is relied upon.
Collection
Collection is available by prior arrangement only. Please do not attend the address for collection unless we have confirmed the arrangement with you.
Returns and faults
If an item is faulty, incorrect or unsuitable because of an error in our supply, contact us promptly with the order details. We will explain the next steps in line with your statutory rights and any applicable supplier process.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where this would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product, and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the time of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer.
